Delivery and returns

Your orders are carefully prepared by our logistics specialist near Lyon, and dispatched within 24 hours, depending on the delivery method selected. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery times are given as an indication and correspond to the average processing times recorded by the carriers. They may vary in the event of peak order periods. Thank you for your understanding!

You'll be notified by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched, with a tracking number to keep you informed of the progress of your parcel. Check your spam folder if you don't see this email!

Delivery in Metropolitan France

Delivery costs for mainland France are €4.9. Delivery is FREE for orders over €55.

We offer express delivery in 24h with Chronopost for 15€.

European and international delivery

Delivery zones are indicated in the table below. If a country does not appear in the list, we do not deliver to that destination.

For foreign orders, any additional customs or import taxes will be charged to the customer.

Conditions for returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The following conditions apply:

- Socks must not have been worn

- Their rider (cardboard label) must always be sewn onto both socks.

- Socks must be returned in their original packaging.
