A size of the sock
What is a good pair of transparent socks?
It is first of all a transparent thread thick enough so that it lasts in time, but also silky so that it is pleasant on the skin. It is then a reinforcement at the toe and heel to prevent friction, and sometimes even a sole for even more comfort. And finally, it is a good elastic: tight enough to hold the ankle, but not too tight either to not cut the circulation.
One thing leading to another
We work only with yarns made in Italy, and certified OEKO-TEX. The main materials used are polyamide for the transparent yarn, viscose and polyamide for the patterns on the socks, and polyamide or cotton for the toe and heel. Our choices of yarns are made mainly by the technical constraint and the complexity of manufacturing transparent socks.
